#   Address Updates and 2023 W2's

 A reminder to students to keep their Physical Location Address in my.harvard.edu and the Home Address in PeopleSoft up-to-date. Instructions are available on the [SFS website](https://sfs.harvard.edu/how-to#physical_location_address). The Physical Location Address entered in my.harvard should feed to the student’s Home Address in PeopleSoft; students should check to confirm that updates made in my.harvard appear in PeopleSoft, as well. The PeopleSoft Home Address will be used for paper W-2 mailings.

 Addresses must be updated by end of December for W-2 mailings; Central Payroll will create the W-2 mailing address file in early January from the current information in PeopleSoft. W-2s will be mailed to employees’ home addresses by U.S. mail no later than January 31, 2024.

 Employees can sign up for electronic delivery of W-2s via [Harvard’s ADP Portal](https://key-idp.iam.harvard.edu/idp/profile/SAML2/Unsolicited/SSO?providerId=https://fed.adp.com&target=https://fed.adp.com/saml/fedlanding.html?W2) (HarvardKey required).
