Workplace Accommodations

Harvard University explores requests from faculty, staff, and job applicants with disabilities for workplace reasonable accommodations under the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended, and other applicable disability laws. 

Student Wage Ranges

Students must be paid at least the MA minimum wage of $15/hour. Wages range across students and positions. 

Federal I-9 Form

The I-9 form verifies employment eligibility and proof of identity documentation for U.S. citizens and non-citizens prior to hiring. 

M-4 (MA Withholding)

Massachusetts Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate. The M-4 form tells Harvard how much to withhold for state income taxes.
